Write your recipe as you would say it in the kitchen and get calories, protein, carbs and fat per serving. It understands household measures (cup, glass, heaped tablespoon, splash, pinch, handful) and suggests how to make it lighter or higher in protein.
Your recipe's calories, without weighing anything
Hardly anyone cooks with scales at home: a splash of oil, a glass of milk, three spoonfuls of flour. Paste your recipe as it is, one ingredient per line, and we convert it to grams with everyday household measures and Spanish BEDCA nutrition values. It also understands Spanish measures like “un chorrito” or “un vaso”.
You will see calories and macros per serving, how we read each ingredient (so you can fix anything that looks off) and two versions of the recipe: a lighter one (less oil, cream swapped for quark, half the sugar) and a higher-protein one (skyr, legumes, quark), with what each swap changes per serving.
One ingredient per line (or separated by commas), as you would say it: “2 eggs”, “a splash of oil”, “3 heaped tbsp flour”. Spanish measures such as “un chorrito” or “un vaso” work too.

Frequently asked questions
How many grams are in a tablespoon?
A level tablespoon is about 15 ml: roughly 13–14 g of oil, 12–13 g of sugar or 8–10 g of flour. Heaped, for flour or sugar, about 50% more. A teaspoon is a third of that: about 5 ml.
How much is a splash of oil?
About 10 ml, which is about 9 g and 80 kcal. A generous glug is 25 ml or more (over 200 kcal). It is the ingredient that sneaks the most calories into a recipe.
How many ml are in a glass?
A normal water glass holds about 200–250 ml; we use 200 ml. A US cup is about 240 ml.
How do I make a recipe higher in protein without changing the taste?
Swap cream for quark, yogurt for skyr and part of the pasta for legumes, or add egg whites to the eggs. The calculator tells you how much protein each swap adds per serving.
